You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) if any.
Customs, Duties and Taxesdecor8ion Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DamagesDecor8ion Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipment processing time All orders made before 12:00PM HKT during our business hours are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For local Hong Kong shipping - we will be shipping your items through local HK Postage mailing services, or SF express. You also have the option to opt into using SF Express or GogoVan, you will pay upon delivery arrival in cash to the deliverer. If heavy items like PCV trees are included, we may contact you separately via email or phone to check if you're open to GogoVan / Lalamove delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We will employ Hong Kong Post services for international deliveries. You can choose from surface postage (slower), air postage and speed post (fastest).
